Remind me a bit of the Hulks in Great Expectations. Striking.

the 1940's B&W version of that film was one of the best films ever made in my opinion. I have always loved that story.

The book is my favorite Dickens. The movie was... Utterly stunning. Your creativity and desire for an isolated world reminds me of Wemmick, and he is one of my very favorite characters in all of Dickens.

Perhaps a child will see them, dreaming of the great days, touch their hulls... and feel the call. Joshua Slocum's Spray was down to ribs in a cow pasture when she rose again to sail around the world.
