Description Just coloring an old doodle from this page to practice some lineless coloring. I wanted to test how it look using my usual shading brush on lineless work instead of my "painting" brush. I think I like the effect quite a bit more, plus it's a lot quicker than using the painting brush I had been in the past xD

I actually really love what you did w,ith the colouring here. Any specific brushes or program you used?
As a younger kid I used to love that rocket... even to a point that I preferred it over Rayman, haha.

I always just use Photoshop for my work- and this was just made out of lineless shapes that I locked the transparency of and shaded with my usual sort of shading brush. <3

Ohhh you use Photoshop as well?
It's an amazing program! I honestly tried to work with SAI several times as well, but it just didn't seem like my type of program eheh.

What do you mean by lineless shapes if I may ask?

Sure do!

And I always wanted to try SAI- but I could never get it to initially work- and by the time I got PS I just got so accustomed to it that I've had no reason to really switch onto anything else x,D

As for lineless it's pretty literal, just shapes without any outlines! :D I have a tutorial I did a while back on how I build up a character without outlines if you need a visual reference for what my process with that would be.
