I really love the piece Mech Assault by *eWKn [link]I've been working on my own piece for a while now that is based on this sketch.
so, after a lot of trial and error, rendered in Daz Studio 3, and a lot of post work done in CS4, i am able to present Mech Attack!
I'm not totally happy with the incoming fire from the Mech, so i may go back and rework it later, but for now, i'm happy with the outcome!
M4 for the soldiers, Uzlite for the clothes. Stonemason for the store and hotel....and the buildings in the back, come to think of it...Bazze for the sweet ride and Santum Art for the Mech. lot's of other things here and there, but i totally forgot who made them...i gotta look that up!

The environment is really fleshed out which I think is a really great thing for the piece, it makes it seem a lot more deep and realistic. It feels like an actual place and not just a setup. The poses of the various soldiers are also well done, very natural and practical. Overall a very well done piece.
