When I think about OCs, I want to wrap them in a warm blanket and give them all the love in the world!!My entry for yukibuns 's OC contest!! I decided to draw her Floradear characterΒ Han ! I loved his simplistic yet elegant design, he's quite endearing //v//
I also wanted to take this chance to try painting a pond / wisteria vines, since Han has white wisteria flowers on his antlers...! (the wisteria flowers I painted aren't as white though ^p^ )
It was a lovely experience being able to indulge in working on something so detailed after all the sketchy pieces I've been doing lately // I want to do art like this for my OCs once I get the time, soon!!!

I have to STRONGLY agree this character has such a beautiful design, and you definitely did him justice in this! The whole scene is so calm and peaceful, with perfect lighting as usual. Also I want to cry because of how soft and airy his hair looks in this.

The scenery and colors are so dang GOOD and I just can't stop looking at the wisteria flowers and the rocks and lake and THAT LIGHTING and just wow seriously omg please do more I am in love

I love the color palette and all the details in the background and foreground! I'm most impressed by the pond and the rocks! Wisteria flowers are also one of my faves aaaaAAAA
This piece is inspiring to me because I've been practicing how to draw things in nature lately. I'll get to this level one day!!
