Nezumi has this appropriately surprised expression and yet clear, startlingly lovely eyes.

Honestly, I think this is a lovely drawing. If you wanted to make it even better, I think it'd be a little hard. You could choose a couple of different things to make it more original-- Their Kiss has been featured in many, many drawings, after all. So you could always just change the angle-- take it from slightly above rather than a straight profile. Originality and impact are related, so I think the fact that the pose is so familiar is a little distracting for me.

Or you could choose to take the texture in their clothing a little more fully. At the moment, I know they are wearing soft fabrics, but I can't see the texture of it at all. This is a stylistic thing, though...so maybe you wouldn't like to do that.

I love how you use light in the picture and the delicate, dusky color palate. The red on Nezumi's lips makes me wonder if Shion bit him and then wanted to make up or if Nezumi got into a fight. (It's been two years since I watched the anime, so I can't remember if Nezumi had a bloody lip - sorry!)

I love the expression on Nezumi's face. Although he looks startled, there's also a softness in his eyes, like you caught him at the moment between fear and surrender. Love Shion's tongue and how you cleverly hid his eyes behind Nezumi's hair. I also like how Shion's ear sticks out. You could have easily covered it, but you didn't. It makes the picture more sensual.

You did a nice job with the contrasting body postures too. Nezumi is upright and Shion easily leans into his seductive kiss.

I like how the colors bring an almost ying-yang effect. The red on Shion's neck matches the red on Nezumi's lips. Shion's white hair contrasts Nezumi's dark color. I also appreciate how you thread purples throughout the composition.

As you can probably tell, I really like it.
