Yes, I know thisΒ Β already exists, but I wanted to make my own since that has the hands, but the original Frisk and Chara Spinning Icons (which sadly got taken down) didn't have hands. Plus, mine is transparent and uses the sprites I made.Free 2 Use, u don't have to ask.

how do you add icons?

well, if you want to use it as your profile picture, you have to download the icon and then set it as your profile pic.
if you want to add icons in a comment (or deviation description), there's usually a button at the bottom when you're typing your comment that says "add media" with a plus sign. click that, and all your icon dreams come true! (jk)
click an icon you like, and it will appear.
