I love the way you used colors in this; the fact that you use watercolors is inspiring.
This picture has to be one of my favorites on so many levels. Sitting or culring up with your cat to read a good book is always pleasant, but discovering a dragon over your shoulder would be even better. The design of the dragon is wonderful, whimsical and more soft, rather than the harsh,"burning villages" stereotype. They used to be known for their wisdom and curuiosity, and you pulled this off beautifully.
