Here's Flora, the human flower hybrid that exist in this world of the game. I had this idea for a Cuphead oc since I really began to get into it via watching comic dubs. Especially one of King Dice's backstory.
And knowing how some casinos have dancers/singers/performers in them, I made even a character who isn't a boss per say, but more of a damsel in distress for Cuphead and Mugman to save. (Butdoesshereallywanttobesaved?) She has a personality of being protective of her family, brave, kind and has a impressive talent of singing but can easily break, especially considering her situation...
And she has a story very similar to a popular and well known Greek myth... :3

Backstory:
Flora is a human/flower hybrid who lives on Inkwell island with her younger brother as a florist. However, one day she gets the news from a friend that her brother went to the casino to try and get money to give to the store. She ran to the casino and discovered to her horror that the devil and King Dice took his soul. Wanting to save her brother, she trades her soul for his, which the two evil monsters agreed and trade by having her sign a contract. But, when the two of them go to leave the casino, Flora can't seem to get though a forcefield surrounding the enterance. That's when the devil and dice expose a half eaten heart fruit in her pocket, meaning she can't ever leave the casino ever. Heartbroken, she sings a farewell song to her brother before sending him back to the store so he can run it himself. Following the two owners towards the casino and towards her new life, meanwhile, the two owners discuss what they should do to her; that's when they remember her singing and decide to make her a performer for the casino.
A year later, Flora is now the singer for the casino, entertaining guests before they lose their souls. However, Dice informs the devil that she might be backstabbing them as since she's been able to talk to costumers, she tells them the devil's secrets and they leave not wanting to lose their souls. The devil comes up with a plan and they give her a necklace. However, when she puts it on, they put a key in it and lock it, that's when she discovers that it now locks up her vocal cords, meaning that they made her mute so she won't tell costumers to run away and they can continue to collect souls. She's now only allowed to have it unlocked when singing or during after working hours if her performances are well done.
Soon enough, the devil gets a new plan to keep Flora in check by forcing her into marrying him so he'll know if she tries to go on his back again. Of course she at first refused, but when the devil threatened to get rid of her brother's soul like originally planned, Flora had no choice but to accept his proposal... much to her and someone else's dismay... (*coughcough* King Dice *coughcough*)
Long enough, two cup brothers arrive to have fun, giving her hope to be saved and reunite with her brother...
