It's funny that you mention the word RPG, because originally I thought Armello was that! You know, from the cover ( i.ytimg.com/vi/DyYkwIvK50A/max⦠) it looked like the classic fantasy story of a group of unlikely heroes working togheter to save their kingdom from darkness/oblivion/insert stock JRPG evil entity here, defeat the obviously evil king that was manipulating them from the start for his own ends until the plot twist towards the end of the game, experiencing some forced romance drama and learning about the power of friendship and all the jazz! But alas, we got a virtual tabletop game instead... A VERY good tabletop game, but still the point is that he wasn't a corny-but-enjoyable RPG!
If I ever stop being a lazy piece of shit I would totally finally try to enter the RPG maker community and create an Armello fangame in which I'll fuck up the canon, do a poor copypasta job in creating the locations, overshadow the main story with my shitty romance sub-plot between the characters I ship, force the player to grind like there is no tomorrow, give them spell that either don't do shit or are overpowered and leave a lot of bug and unfinished elements and never fix them!

I've forgot to say, I'm amazed how nice and frequent you do these pages. I mean, I picked this up around the time Thane left the blacksmith, and now they're facing an entire boss fight. And the quality didn't really change over the series, and if it did, it just got better! So shut up and take my Wyldsaps!
