I hope it's okay to ask a question here but i was wondering: How do you keep the paper so straight after using watercolors?

Is the brush pen what you use to ink ur work prior to watercolor? Cuz I ink my work then desire to watercolor after and each pen I've used bleeds even after a few months after being ink'd...
Or is that not what you do? Lol
Curious!

I very much enjoy see all your tool layer out with your piece, not just for the useful information of them but to see just for it's self. It is very beautiful.

There's something really inspiring about seeing an artists' tools of trade. Like, one day, if you keep working at it, you'll have your own preferred art supplies that you've collected through the years.

i know what you mean about supply shopping in a physical store. It's almost a hedonistic experience. the smell of paint, the feel of different papers between one's fingers, and an entire universe of color pencils just within reach.

yep~ art supply shopping in stores is fantastic, it always gets over way to fast for me and my budget is a bit too tight with my mom around, pretty sure she doesn't care what she is paying for paper and brushes but whenever she is with me she gets instinctively nitpicky about the cost of supplies ;V; it would be easier to just give me money and leave me to wander the store
I feel my way through practically ever drawing surface in the shop .-. and all the brushes and standing there comparing everything and resisting the urge to bag the whole store...yep that's my art supply shopping in a nutshell~

OH THANK YOU SO MUCH. I LOVE your work so much. I'm subscribed to your channel on youtube as well. I'm always trying to do watercolours like you do but you're just so good. I followed your method for one of my other pieces and the dimensions came out so well in the colours. I used only like 3 colours on this painting but I used different strengths after laying down a base colour and it looks like it's 3d which is pretty cool
