Description
Traditional drawing WIP (work in progress) of Iron Man. There's still much work to do!I started this drawing after the release of the official character posters for this movie. A few hours ago Marvel also released the third Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer! The new trailer is just amazing! I'm so hyped right now!!!
Paper DIN A4 190g/m²; Faber-Castell pencil HB, Faber-Castell Polychromos artists' colour pencils, Copic Ciao markers; ~8h so far

weil du auf der rechten seite angefangen hast zu zeichnen

Sagen wir es mal so: Ich achte schon darauf, dass ich z.B. bei Hintergründen oder beim Outfit von rechts nach links zeichne, doch in den meisten Fällen fange ich einfach irgendwo an und alles versinkt im Chaos! Ich bin übrigens wirklich Linkshänder.

Ah, this looks amazing, as usual I might add
I like the warm colours, both in the lit parts and in the shadows, the coldest colour I can spot would be a greenishbrown, but if you are showing all your tools I suppose it's just grey and brown mixing to give me that impression. I don't know what the background of your reference looks like but I hope the colours will contrast well to the portrayed figure, making both the dark hair and the light parts of his face pop.
Also on a different note, I've not dared watch the new trailer, I'm too scared of spoiliers this close to the release. Should I watch it?

Yes, it's just grey, venetian red and a bit brown. The problem of this photo is the light source. It always adds a colour tint to the drawing (I tried to do my best with Photoshop... before the paper colour was red/yellow...).
No background for this drawing by the way. I need it for an autograph, because I hope that there will be a Avengers 2 premiere in Berlin.^^
I don't remember any spoilers in the new trailer. They don't reveal so much.

I was pretty stoked when i saw the tiny thumbnail initially loading. That red is gonna pop. Nice work on the lighting depth on his face. You really capture it well with the medium. That is an understatement. You kick a$$ at it. There, that felt more accurate.
