I received this quote describing some of the characters:
"Madelyn was a girl that used to sort of "bother" the guys a lot. Schnieder just happened to get a new trick up his sleeve when he pulled off the hypnosis."
Since the original was drawn on paper, I thought that it would be difficult to convert to the sort of line art that I am used to. I decided to try "painting" it with Corel Painter Essentials. This program emulates painting on canvas with actual brushes. I played around with this for a long time and ended up re-doing everything my usual way in Corel's Paint Shop Pro.
Ironically, the two Corel programs don't use the same file format. However, they can both save files as Adobe Photoshop files. So, I had to convert my partially completed drawings into Adobe Photoshop files to transfer them between 2 Corel programs.
EDIT: after some correspondence with I have corrected some errors in Madelyn's costume.
