Beautiful, I'm gonna snag these, but can you tell me if they work for PSP9 and I'm not quite sure how to use textures T^T can you explain just a bit?

I believe they should work for PSP9, even though they were designed in 8. All you need to do is go to file->import brush and then browse where they're saved. It should install and be listed on your brush list.
If worst comes to worst, there's always the imagepack. You can simply paste the image over your desired picture as a layer.
