Sometimes snows a lot, and sometimes it doesn't! The coast around Islands and other places near the sea have a little different weather pattern! Further inside the mainland in Norway is a lot more snow of course, especially the mountains!
PS: Oh, I see! You've taken this picture in 2018! I don't remember how much snow it was in 2018, because when it snows and few days later. All the snow melt right away in just two or three days maybe! But mainland further in, last much longer than in the coast!
