I tried, this is my best painting so far...and it sucks...Enjoy, I guess!

Wow! Is VERY cute! And so good! You really got Fluttershy's expression down. The colors are super softy (like Fluttershy) and I like the colors of her.Sometimes they're not as distinct, but that's super, the rest of the picture makes up for it! It also helps keep the image soft like it should be. The shading is GOOD. I can tell the light source and the shading is also very shy.... I only wish you had added a shadow behind her too. For an unusual angle for a pony fan art I can see that the proportions are great too! It's a great picture overall and i love and adore it!If that's okay.

Although I do like this overall, you DID ask for critiques, so here's one.
The eyes could use a bit more texture and outward motion, and the lighter blue stops very suddenly into the darker blue, and that edge between colors could be cleaned up a lot. The reflections in the eyes are a bit smudgy, and it crosses into the lashes at one point.
Down below the head, the edge next to the mane is quite smudged, and the shading looks rushed.
The yellow color from the body crosses into the mane several times, which takes away from the overall affect.
Below the chin, there is a small bump that doesn't really belong there.
Below the eye, there's some yellow smudged into the eye itself.
The pink color below the wing doesn't belong there, either.
Other than those minor details, it looks great!

I believe the pink on the wing is light reflected off the hair?
I had a lamp once and put a red box underneath it, the red from the box visibly reflected onto the wall. I remember at the time I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

This is so cute! And so good! You really got Fluttershy's expression down. The colors are smooth and soft (like Fluttershy) and I like the sharpness of the lines. About 10 months a user on experience project added me to their circle out of the blue. This in and of itself is not at all uncommon and I normally don't try to chat to people who do this. But I noticed something about this user that struck me. Their profile pic. For the first time and the last time, I sent the first message. And now, 10 months later we are more in love with each other than any two people rightly should be. But if it weren't for her profile pic I would never have sent her that message, and, knowing her, I'm sure she would have never messaged me. I'm sure by now you can guess what her profile pic was. Thank You.

To me, this is a very cute painting of Fluttershy. While it may not be flawless, it would be pretty dang hard to say that it sucks. I also can't find anything beyond what has been said to point out, and those things were all pretty minor.

Looks wonderful :3 I can't really say there's anything wrong, but you can improve it by adding highlight points in her mane and eyes. Possibly... That's just me looking for something to add on or enhance really. I like it just as it is.

Well let's see. The mane's done right for all I know.
The shading's done right.
I can see a little bit of yellow from the ears going onto the mane as if it was a toy.
Same with her tail.
OR her nose is too far down OR her eyes are too high up.
If a pony's face is placed straight in the middle of it, meaning you only see a cross in a circle,
the nuzzle starts at 1/10 of the half of the face that is down.
The mouth is halfway down the half of the circle that's down and between that are the nostrils.
So the eyes were to be higher or lower and/or the nuzzle is to be higher.
I'll have to say I had to look for those things though. Not really easy to notice.

This is really great! But if you want critique really badly, the only thing I could point out is how her yellow fur overlaps onto her pink hair in some places. Not the best thing that ever happened (especially where the lower edge of her ear meets her mane. Her mane doesn't even come out of her ear the last time I checked.)
