Lines in SAI are smoother (there is this thing called Stabilizer, which is VERY helpful) and it's just easier to use... (: And of course i use tablet!

I kind of use both equally i think... It's just faster to add flat colors in PS (i used to do it SAI, but it took me a lot of time) so i started using magic wand in PS (: I sketch, color and shade in SAI, but add textures in PS (:
