I had confused Kung Jin's Shadow outfit for his Marksman outfit because of the hood, but I fixed the error. This is what he wore back when he was a thief. This had happened due to Jin's anger towards Raiden for allowing his uncle to die, pushing him down a darker path. Fortunately, Raiden manages to convince him that he can be redeemed, causing Jin to relinquish his anger, train as the Wu Shi Academy, and eventually become part of Cassie Cage's team. His time as a thief has given him street smarts, making him a vital member of the Special Forces.
