TWIGGY! *glomp* oh, I love this girl! She's so gorgeous and I'm really happy that I get to see your rendition of her. The shading on her hair is excellent and I love how doe-like you made her eyes. She's radiant for that one feature alone, and you've really captured that well here. The simplicity is also nice. A more detailed, colored, and photo shopped version would take out the simplistic beauty, so you made a good choice in keeping her like this. My only nit-picky critique is that her left pupil is a little off. Small detail for sure, but figured I had to point it out any way.
