Every fully evolved Gen IV Pokemon here. I have wanted to do these for a while now, and personally I feel like now is the time. I know this has some unpopular opinions, but this is my genuine thoughts on each of them. I excluding things like Chimchar and Buneary, because I just wanted to cover everything that is fully evolved. This is in NO way meant to be about how 'competitive' they are. This is a list based on how much I like them. I took design, usefulness, and how much fun I have using them into consideration when making this.

I will be doing these for each region. I will be posting one for Alola (my favorite region) soon
