I am obsessed with Borderlands and have always been in awe of Borderlands cosplayers so it made sense to create a mash up!This is CleverMax - Mr. Clever as a Borderlands boss. I made everything you see. This is not a filter. I hand painted everything you see. The Cyberplanner piece itself does light up ( as do all my cyberplanners) as well as the mod.
I have since changed the mod to be worn on my lapel as this one kept pulling my pants down! LOL
