you know, i almost hate to admit it, but i enjoyed thieves in time. i love all the other ones too, and really hope they make a fifth one. so...i'm prepared for negative feed back, but i thought it was pretty good. except for the caveman time period. getting the treasures is soooo hard! but to the point, she looks adorable! I was just replaying the mission of getting thrown into prison so i had to vandalize the posters and stuff. hehe that was fun.

You don't have to feel bad about liking it - everyone has their own opinion and I won't try to take your enjoyment of the game away from you. I have my own issues with the game that I can't get passed because I expected better from the creators. I'd like to see the series improve instead of regress, but I'll definitely be going into the next game with my expectations lowered.
You bring up a good point and something I noticed while playing the game. There were very few missions that were "fun" in the same vein as vandalizing the posters. The 'spirit' of TiT was very cynical most of the time instead of being more light-hearted and fun like the original trilogy. The Old West was where I started to think that maybe the game could be good after all, but my opinion of it declined once more after going to the next world. The only glimmer of 'fun' after that was Bob's training sequence. After that.... I don't remember any more.

same here. galleth's levels were awesome though, and salim's too, but the final boss was a dissapointment. i was looking forward to it so much, and then it's a quick time event. *sigh* oh well, that's what they did, hope they improve. right now i'm just getting the sly masks and treasures
