I have a feeling the words came out of a Latin bible.
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion actually did the same thing with all the books the NPCs read.
They use those texts as a place-holder to produce a feeling of reading.

''You're not allowed to remove the small footer branding at the bottom right corner.''
Unfortunately there will always be jerks that will do it anyway -_-;
Nice skin, though~ Simple and easy on the eyes.

Fascinating! Is the example text shown in Latin? I think it is, because I can kind of read it. xD

Quote from [link] :
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

The only reason I love this is because of exactly the purpose you made for it: you were a genius to make it simple, clean, and different from Default Green. Everyone else makes journal skins that jump out at you so wildly you can't read the post. That's why you got a Daily Deviation. I'm so glad I got a Premium Membership so I could use this.

You made it simple, so you made it liked. You made it shiny and clean too. Speaking of deviations and firsts, judging from what I saw browsing journal skins, you were the first person ever to make a minimalist skin- or at least one that wasn't so minimalist it looked like Notepad gone bad, so that's why you got a DD. You were first. Like, a pioneer or something.

lol, like first minimal and shiny designer who dared to enter the dangerous world of journal skinning?

Yeah. Everybody else who jumped into skinning was planning on going nuts. They all went wild I swear, so I went back to Deviant Green and this plain-feeling one with The dA Fella I like. How was I supposed to make a journal when the skin looks like a deviation!? And then it's all weird so it's too wide for my monitor and I can't scroll over, so I can't read what's on the right? Why would I want that? You'll never see the words I typed or pics I referenced in there at that rate!

A lot of people found greatness out of frustration. How many people became rich or famous or awesome because of their frustration with the limitations or absence of something? I don't think you became rich, but you've become famous and awesome, and now, because of you, people are going to peel themselves off the ceiling they got stuck to in their over-excitement over journal skinning and try to do some journal skins people can actually use, but they won't get DDs because you did it first. If more minimalist skins come out after this, you will have made dA a better place. Just like whoever decided it was time to allow people to finally make longer deviation titles! Whoever finally did that, they are awesome too!

Yeah now I need to find a solution of my number 1 frustration: school, any ideas lol?
And they've made deviation titles longer? I didn't knew that...

Well, I can't help you with school, but at least, if you ever wanted to give deviations longer titles because you ALLMMOST had enough letters, now they give you those extra characters you need! But if you come up with genius minimalist ideas, maybe you don't need longer titles...

I agree. It would be nice to be able to use a title like "Bird on a Branch in watercolor on canvas" or something like that, and you might be able to pull that off now with the titles being a bit longer.
