Okay Under my pokemon are that why its Deception pokemon.

1. "Deception with Pearl"
Its try to get Magikarp for breakfast ,First its looking like pearl which stuck in White sea flower (Some pokemon go and collect shiny things) and Magikarp try to get closer.

2."Secret Attack"
Magikarp don't see that the tentacles come closer and Decester is ready for Attack.

3."I Catch You"
Then Decester Catch Magikarp and can lets eat.

4."Yummy!"
Then Decester's tummy is full and its get what She or He want.
