I paint it.... with a REALLY tiny paintbrush! and then i put an acrylic glaze spray on it. it works pretty well.

nope not too hard at all! You can find the spray at almost any craft store. It looks like a can of spray paint but should say "clear acrylic coat" on it.

go for it! Its really not a hard thing to make. I have more kind of like it in my gallery if you want some more ideas (uchiha fans, ect...)
