Woohoo! This piece is now finished! 😄 This one did take longer than I expected (its the rocks' fault), but I'm still pleased with the outcome. When Rebekah and I were hiking up to find the sheep and enduring the rain, this particular ram was the first with a group of three that we encountered. It was still lightly raining at this point, but it was our first chance to actually take out our cameras. This particular guy was smart and hanging out under a rocky ledge--protected from the rain and dry. However, he couldn't quite see us, so would occasionally peek over the ledge to look at us. It's not my usual choice in composition or idea, but I thought it would be a fun one. The original and prints are available!
