I lulled you into a false sense of safety with muppets so that I could post this TADA.

This surprisingly isn't a political post it just happens that my own internal conflict coincides with the external conflict of world events. I've been wrestling with being content with where I am professionally and personally since I moved home in June and last week it just felt like it came to a head when I had a day where I was just really down and sad but like an adult I had to drag myself up and get some stuff done while being sad. I made this on Sunday when I had some time to myself and it's based on a Twitter post that had the text above in it and I thought there was something that was actually really poignant about hope being described this way because that's how I've been feeling - a little beat up, a little haggard but I gotta keep going if I wanna see my dreams come to fruition. So I'll cling to my hope, my faith, my dreams and keep striving forward even if it's just with a little more bruises and battered knuckles.
