As electro and pyro users, Lys and Rhys make quite the explosive duo. Their abilities make it so if you had both in your team you would constantly proc overcharged.

The siblings have been very close since forever, always planning to go out and explore Teyvat together once they were old enough. But as they grew up, Rhys instead joined the knights, which caused a fight between the two siblings and Lys to all but run off in the wilderness. She was about to give up on her dream or being an explorer, but after an encounter with Barbatos, instead set out on her own.

Rhys would quickly become desillusioned with the knights, leaving in the beginning of the prologue. He sets out to find his sister again, and together they decide to go around Teyvat, exploring and righting wrong by themselves, often crossing path with the protagonist's journey and solving problems (or causing issues) for everyone.
