Well, I finally got around to uploading artz, yay me, xD;This is Chromeon, a fakemon of mine I developed some time ago, but its design has slowly changes along with time. The name obviously comes from Chrome and just the adding of the typical eon ending.
Its a steel/psychic eevee evolution, huzzah :,D

Still, what about the wings though? I've read it up but I still don't understand the wings part, unless you just wanted them there of course.

well some types do have wings, but maybe it is part of their attack moves, or something,you know like steel wing or something like that but i don't know, i that it just my guess on what attack the steel type Pokemon even if it not a pure steel type would use in battle,
