This is a really humanlike, feminine and sexy version of C18. It all fits together well with the background, nevertheless, it isn't my opinion of how C18 should look like.
Personally, I loved her cold strong tomboy style of the of her first appearance. She resembled some kind of dark cyborg Avril Lavigne (2003), nothing explicitly sexy or acting that way, but
beautiful as a whole package.
