This is a very interesting concept, though I'm not sure I agree with the person who wrote the critique about her body being a "conquerable" landmass. If you were going for that, I apologize, but for me that's a very uncomfortable concept. I instead prefer to think of it as the human body as part of nature. Anatomy often looks like landmasses in many ways. It doesn't look to me like the figures in the piece are conquering her, it looks more like they're experiencing something peaceful with her. The idea of her being "walked on" has negative connotations, but maybe the figure on her chest is about to sit down and look up at the sky with her, who knows. This could be totally off the mark, but I thought you might appreciate the interpretation.
