Hi there! The payhip one only has the PSD. However, you can still buy the points version with PayPal, that one has the PNG.
Deviantart now let's you choose what kind of payment method you'd like to use when purchasing something on their site. Whether it be with points or paypal, just choose your payment option at checkout.

I've never personally heard of the app but after taking a quick look at it, it doesn't look like it's capable of opening files that have Folders
That's where all the layers are so if the program can't open folders then unfortunately it won't work
If you can't find another program to use that can open it, send me a DM with proof of purchase and ill try and find you an alternative answer to your problem
