‘He told me that King Dedede had something new planned…

According to him, the King had some not-so-pleasant words to say about me, in regards to messing up his plans to destroy Kirby. I’m used to this, of course, seeing as it is my duty to protect him from that numbskull penguin, but Sir Meta Knight felt that my safety was potentially at risk — What if he came after me when my guard was down?

He insisted he stood guard tonight. Sword and Blade would patrol the castle themselves.

I couldn’t help but peek back at him every now and again; he never moved, not once. Always standing, always alert, ready to strike in case danger came…He was truly a Knight, wasn’t he?

I could never thank him enough for all he’s done for us. For me, for my family, and for Kirby.’

Interpret this picture how you will, but I had to draw these two again. *w* One of the bigger pics I worked on over the span of a couple of days (which really makes me happy, cause I RETURNED to a drawing instead of finishing it all in one go!)
