Description
i've painted a face where i burnt the floor.
Now the face has become the devil's door.
Laying in the back room, on my dirty sticky floor..
When i close my eyes, i am at the centre of the sun,
and i cannot be hurt, by anything this wicked world has done..
i hear violins.

Whoa! When I first saw this- I assumed it was a manipulation, had no idea it was pained.
Anyway! I love this one... there's something about your use of color which always makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. You really know how to use it well! I love how bright it is- it seems so dreamlike.
The description is very beautiful, as well. I'm always a sucker for deeper descriptions, despite the fact that I rarely take time to create one myself.

One of the best parts of being an artist is the fact that you can affect perceptions. It's lovely to be at liberty to add more color than you might ordinarily see. Nothing's better than being able to add a lively dash of red to an otherwise drab cityscape.

One of the reasons I love manipulations. It doesn't have to be realistic, but we are combining elements that are, in fact, real photos. -laughs-

absolutely astonishing color and composition... this is worthy of every recognition it recieves... you do startlingly real photo compositions... but you make this sound like from its description that you did it by hand? I cant believe a person could do this by hand... its too good.... am I wrong? -crash

it was painted, for the most part.. i used a stock photo for refrence, there were certain parts of the tower itself that i used the outline of the image itself to paint over.. and then other parts, the line textures, and the lines on the sides i painted myself.. the colors down the middle also were painted, and the intersecting lines was a fun and exciting time with the 'line tool' 
and thus is zee breakdown, thank you for your time..

like maybe some entity far far away is attempting to contact us through this almost
primitive means. also reminded of 'phenomenon'.

was really unintentional, but as it progressed i found more reason for this to seem otherworldy.

It looks incredible; but it was hard to divine as much meaning from this one as from your other recent pieces. Not that that's a bad thing at all. I really love the colors and textures of this. It's just pretty. It makes me think of all different things: wonder, restlessness, inspiration. It's like the desire to create, captured in vivid detail.

i have tried literally, consciously to create things more..upfront? and less abstract, but it NEVER comes out, and im always very disatisfied with them. my mind, and emotions work in an abstract way, though i can seee things and have them clear and defined to me, and have to even catch myself to not think.. "well how can you NOT see what i mean" to others.. its just the way things come out.. and who am i to force myself to think any other way then i do? so yea, i nipped that shit right in the bud. lol
