Yugioh without question. The others didn't have anything that came close to the intensity that is Battle City.

Well to be honest I don't like the state of Yu-Gi-Oh right now so I'll go with my go to, Digimon.

I like Pokemon but I only really play the games and still enjoy the old movies.
It is a major toss up of between Yu-Gi-Oh and Digimon as I own and still watch to this day both series. And I've been following the Digimon Tri series.
I'm gonna have to remain toss up because depending on the day of the month I kinda go between them for FanFic stories to read.

The forth season of Digimon is good. The original Pokemon was great as well as Yugioh to a degree.

1) "Yu-Gi-Oh!" hands down!!
2) "Digimon", loved the first two season and the fourth season is my absolute favorite! Wish they continued it with another season like they did with season 1!!
3) "Pokemon" lost track of it years ago, but I liked it as a kid

I personally love all 3. I can see comparing Pokemon to Digimon but i find it hard to compare Yu-gi-oh to the other two because Pokemon and Digimon are both monster tamers but Yu-gi-oh is about a card game and the characters usually don't interact with the monsters.

I dont know the games for Digimon are pretty damn well and it had some damn good story telling for more casts than Yu gi oh I man besides 5Ds and the orginal cast most of the teams are pretty lame after the first season I mean GX crashed and burrned outside of the manga and Zexel..... the less said the better
