They are not going to ask why she was dragged away..or how she escaped alive?Also Vilkas never seems to realize i am the Thane,or Dragonborn.After doing most if not all quests (minus the companions)that make you famous including killing Alduin in Sovengaurd,and we first meet he says he's never heard of this outsider.And he's supposedly the smart one!
