The bottom of the head seems correct/incorrect depending how you look at it. Noticing the feet, the head looks correct. If you don't notice the feet right away though, it looks like it's sideways. I'd suggest adding some neck feathers & a fold (of skin) on it's neck. c:

if you want to improve on the drawing, i suggest looking up reference pictures of an overhead view of a bird flying > U <) b overall the colors and everything is beautiful! keep it up!
