Beautiful! I love the cityscape in front of them. The subtle glowing lights are so pretty and the city lights in the background really add to it as well. I've never seen Psycho Pass, what's it about?

Perfect world? Nah, I'd say perfect art. Really good job on this, the Psycho Pass city never fails to make my jaw drop at it's beautiful lighting; and I can definitely say that nostalgic city feel is captured in this picture. Yay! Another art inspiration to watch!
