This is gorgeous. I love how you have blended realistic forms with slightly surrealistic colors. The way you have strongly portrayed the highlights/shadows and did so much mixing into the base colors gives the coloration a very eye-catching and trippy look. One thing I particularly love is how the center of the piece is the focus of the yellow, with things becoming enveloped in darkness as one's eyes move toward the edges. It causes the beautiful rose to really pop out at the viewer while still being harmonious with the rest color-wise. Great job taking a fairly commonplace subject and spicing it up with your amazing coloring skills! Must fav.
