Yay, the egg is finally hatched! He came out just as I was near the end of the cave in the game, so it seemed fitting I end the chapter with his birth. As for the name, I kind of wanted to name him after Bruce, or at least something to do with him as Kay got the egg just after his death, plus around the time of his hatching, I kept being stopped by Zubats. I had planned on naming him Barbara if it turned out to be a girl and either Drake or Alfred if it was a boy. Then I turned it into "Alfie" as I thought it was cuter.

As I said in a previous journal, I'm going on a break until I finish up work for the summer. But, I do plan to be doing a Question and Answer page for the 1st year anniversary in August. I'll be making the official announcement page soon, so please hold all questions until then!
