I agree! I love the comic, the style, the drawings, it so incredibly well done. The artist is SO good with getting emotion and humor into her drawings. I take issue with the way some of the character development is handled, but I still enjoy it regardless!

I agree with the emotions they do such a good job on them I never have to guess what exactly the character is feeling.
I used to be super into Greek Mythos in middle and high school and though I like the call backs to certain stories and how some characters reflect their original I do feel like some are off as well. But then I remember Disneyβs Hercules and the Percy Jackson movies (havenβt felt the need to read the series, but was told it follows the myths accurately) I give the artist a pass because it could be worse. Kinda wish Hera was more βyou slept with my husband??? Iβll turn you into a treeβ but still, Iβm enjoying the ride

AH I actually love how maternal Hera is portrayed in the comic! Persephone is my biggest gripe because I just don't buy her character being innocent and naive and modest but also always wearing the skimpiest revealing clothes and all over Eros, and a secret genius xD I also wish some of the women weren't so small since we're not all tiny things to be handled xD BUT other than that, it is a lot of fun to read and admire the art!

Yes I agree about the lack height variation I always believed that Artemis was this towering 6β 12ββ warrior but I will admit Heraβs personality makes up for it she radiates a regal stature like sheβs always looking down at her husband instead of stretching her neck up. Persphone is like a strange mix of clueless invert yet smart vixen.
It would be nice to see her first as the shy, modest introvert that grows more outgoing and confident as the series progressed and how her becoming an individual despite Demeter trying to get her to be what she wants her to be, would be interesting. On the other hand, the personality mix is something Iβve never really thought about before and could be clues to her being rebellious to her mothers control.
