omg she's pretty here~
my only critisizm is that her right eye -- where the shadow is -- looks a bit awkward. ;o You should've covered it with more hair rather than shade it in.

I was actually basing the shading style off of =ippus 's work, and she often shades in random places. In all the picture's I saw of Cirno when looking for refs both her eyes were showing, so what I did in the picture was purely intentional and meant to stand out C:
