I've always wanted to do a shot that looked like this for a long time on GMod. A cyberpunk-styled setting with towering buildings and colored lights.

I've brought Octo!Aya here since her human version lives in a cyberpunk-ish world. The map isn't as detailed as I want it to be, but it surely ticks a few boxes on my wishlist. I think the colors feel a bit too oversaturated, but that could be blamed on the fact that I used Life mod for post-processing.
