OK, I THINK the name fits...though he doesn't seem to watching over anything...maybe he's guarding his tail?...
And I combined all the suggestions, so I hope it compensates.OK, now to the actual info: again, I used a very resourceful technique; using a fully drawn pencil piece and converting it to digital. It's fun, and much more interesting to look at than the original (though if anyone wants the pencil one put up., let me know). And I was going to make it black with gold-tipped scales, but I'm too lazy and not having enough time to get around doing that. Plus the color it is now is kewl. Yah. So enjoy it.

I'm still unsure of its name, but maybe that's because it's not the top priority...but since it is azure, maybe I'll name it according to color, say Cobalt, possibly?...thanks for the idea!

well the digital way i have to do is just make it darker, and if its on white paper then the backround wont affected, just the lines, then i color it after.
