The year is 2026, and the Avengers hadn’t yet faced a foe like “The Impregnator”. He was a multiversal threat, and his powers included, you guessed it, spontaneous impregnation. He would travel around space and time, snapping his finger to swell innocent women up until their water broke.

You’d think that women would be advised to steer clear of The Impregnator, but not the Avengers. They all Assembled from multiple timelines to band together and defeat The Impregnator, but it came at a price. In the ultimate showdown with the adversary atop the Empire State Building in New York, all the female Avengers members where hit by The Impregnators snap and became pregnant. But they would find a way to deal with it; that’s what superheroes do.

Part 1: The Elevator (featuring Yelena Belova and Kate Bishop)

The Avengers had just defeated The Impregnator, and superspy Yelena Belova was standing in the elevator at the top floor of the Empire State Building.

“Odin…dva…tri…chetyre…”, the blonde Yelena counted to herself in Russian, before she head heeled footsteps approaching.

“Got room for one more?”, said a young, mid 20’s girl holding a bow and arrow in her hand. Yelena recognized this girl as Kate Bishop, who wasn’t much younger than Yelena herself.

Like Yelena, Kate was sporting a full term baby bump which seemed to rip through the archer’s costume at the abdominal section, letting her belly hang bare.

“Yes.”, Yelena sternly said, allowing Kate on the elevator with her. Kate seemed to be taking quite well to her full term attachment, rubbing her belly all over and clearly giddy with excitement.

Yelena however seemed strangley calm and collected, but this was due to her being the fish out of water in this whole situation. She just cradled her belly, which was covered by her green jacket. She hoped to reach the ground floor with no issues.

About 10 seconds into the quiet elevator ride, Kate Bishop couldn’t contain herself and had to say something. “You’re Yelena Belova, right? THE Black Widow?”, Kate fangirled, catching her teammate off guard.

“No—that is sister Natasha”, Yelena said, her thick Russian accent coming through. “Natasha is with Strikeforce A, giving press conference with mayor”.

Kate didn’t stop with the questions. “Well, are you excited about having these babies?”, Kate asked, rubbing her own belly up and down with a smile on her face.

“No”, Yelena said abbruptly. “Red Room took out uterus; have zero idea how these triplets are in belly”.

Kate was pleasantly suprised Yelena said she had triplets. Kate was only carrying 1 baby, so she was glad her “new friend” had plenty of fun experiences ahead of her.

What Kate didn’t notice was Yelena hid an expression of grief on her face when she said the word “uterus”.

“Oh, well I just thought it was so cool how everyone came together. Captain Marvel and Mighty Thor blasting The Impregnator back to his realm, me shooting people with my super arrows, and you slamming that goon with your belly!”, Kate said, causing Yelena to sigh.

“No no no, was not cool. Goon’s head cause big dent in big belly”, Yelena explained before unbuttoning her jacket to show off her own bare belly.

Yelena was right, there was a “dent” in it, but it wasn’t from the goon’s head. “Uhh, Yelena, you’re having a contraction!”, Kate said loudly, watching the Russian Spy’s belly rumble with kicking. “Congrats!”.

“Oh, that is why evil m-man triplets feel so good ins—*GUHH*”, Yelena grunted, her belly visibly contracting super far.

“Oh my god—“, Kate exclaimed as she squatted her pregnant self down beneath Yelena to try and help her. “Don’t push yet!,” she said, looking up Yelena’s jacket.

Yelena did nothing at the command, instead just rested one hand on her massive baby filled belly, outstreatching the other hand down to Kate.

“Get up silly girl”, Yelena chuckled, reaching down to help Kate get up and back to her feet. “This is good feeling inside me. I know what to d—“.

She was cut off again, this time by noises from her stomach. It sounded like indigestion, but Kate knew it wasn’t.

*SPLOOOOOOOSH*

There was so much amniotic fluid released from Yelena that both women were knocked to their knees.

Before either Avenger could say or do anything, the elevator opened, the water running out and into the lobby filled with reporters and paparazzi.

“What the fuck?”, some of the media said.

“Are they in labor?”, another said.

“Uhhh, can we have some privacy?”, Kate asked, helping the now laboring Yelena to her feet. Kate saw Carol Danvers and The Wasp outside in the QuinJet, waving for her to get on so they could go home. “We need a doctor”, Kate told reporters.

“No, it fine it is really fine”, a suprisingly calm Yelena said, wiping her drenched hair back behind her shoulders. “Kate, you go back with team, I will stay and talk to cameras. It will make headline tomorrow.”

Kate let out a chuckle, giving Yelena a wet hug. “Good luck sister”, Kate said, smiling as she waddled off to join the others.

“Yelena, how are the girls dealing with the fact they are all pregnant?”, a reporter asked.

“Well, my baby moving down birth canal as we talk, so I think everyone is gonna do same thing”, she said, barely cracking from her look of beauty despite the cameras flashing in her face, and, well, the babies moving down through her birth canal.

It was gonna be a fun night for Yelena Belova.
