Samuel Marcois is a strange little boy living in the rich district of Bordeaux. He took his guardian's last name, so Marcois is not his true last name; nothing much is known about his past. (So far. haha some lame excuse cause i can't think anything up yet) no, he is not an orphan, he is NOT adopted, he is just a ward. He, like the five Helena boys scattered around Earth, has massive power, and he is in full control of his, although still needing to untap more skills and power.

Samuel has a strange little habit of creeping out of bed after dark and climbing on top of the gables of their apartments. He stares at the sky often, and his hair changes from a white blond to a deep blue at night. His insomniac neighbors report that he seems to talk to himself - or not himself - while on the roofs at night. He seems to be involved in some greater plot that is not part of this world here.

"I sometimes talk to Kerell when I can't sleep. He perches on my window, which is a square window, 5 by 5. Mostly he just listens, but sometimes he talks. We talk about all kinds of things, like what I've learned that day, what did I eat, did he go to visit the Shell...I'm going to go there one day, I hope. He says people on Earth get picked every once in a while, and there is a good reason why, too..."
