if you watch the end you can see someone standing in the temple doors and goes inside. the only logical person it could be is ashoka (and I think you see her lightsaber turn off as well)

That scene at the end certainly looked like her walking deeper into the temple! I hope she survived tho cause I want to see more of that ahsoka/vader relationship!
