I love the style you used, it makes this piece so beautiful and somehow inspirational. The colors give this a very relaxed aura, like I'm just about to fish. I love it! Magnificent job!

I really like painting. Personally, I am not much into abstraction. The vast majority of modern abstractionism displays the skill and forethought found in the average kindergardner. But there are exceptions. This is a case in point. While the shapes and color relationships are abstract and not real worldly, it is still recognizable. The image correlates to something in our human experience. The fact that it may or may not be a real place is irrelevent. It becomes like a real place in mind of the viewer.

Oh, I like the rough brushstrokes and defined areas. Very strong, yet calm at the same time. I suppose it's the cold hues of blue. Anyway, great painting.
