I wanted to have this done earlier today (at around 2 am), but I got sleepy and ended up falling asleep instead. =I At least it's up now though.
Things are definitely awkward with Kiki tagging along. XD Nobody likes her, but Briss is the only one trying to be nice. (She's still terrified of her, though.) Kiki has never had a trainer before, but she's heard stories about them, both good and bad. She has a negative opinion about them, so that's why she refuses to be anyone's pokemon. But it seems like Kiki might have changed her mind toward the end of this update.
Also, I still hate drawing older men. XD I'm so glad I don't have to draw Maxie or Archie for a while.

Are you referring to May, the anime counterpart? I think you might be confusing the two. I know my character looks like her, but her name is Briss, not May. There is a reason for her resemblance to her, but that won't be explained for a while. ^^

Wow, did Kip and Mightymeal just agree on something! Wow, it seems Kiki's bringing everyone together! She also seems to have brought Kip and Briss closer as well, getting them into that predicament. Their bonding scene was just so adorable.
Gotta love how eager everyone was to kick the mightyena's butt. And then the mightyena gets shroom-slapped by Oom before it can even hear an order. And Oom is disappointed for not having further opportunity to hit a mightyena. So funny.
How did the golbat get defeated? I think it would have been clearer if that was shown. I'm guessing Mighty was taking care of it, but it seemed a little confusing to show the golbat giving Kip a beating, then it suddenly being defeated. Also, what was the book Mighty found in the cable car?
This sure is getting exciting! Can't wait to see how these guys handle Flannery! (probably with zero difficulty, with a water and ground type starter)

Yeah, they'd be eager to kick any mightyena's butt since they can't do that to Mighty. Especially Oom. Poor Mighty would be knocked out cold before he knew what hit him.
Aaah! I forgot to add that! Sorry for the confusion! I meant to add burn marks or maybe some fire to show that Amelia took care of it, but I rushed and completely forgot about that. As for what Mighty found... I won't say anything yet.

If you're referring to the way I've been drawing him, then that's my fault. XD The style I've been using for the comic is too... cartoony and cutesy for a badass like Archie. Plus there's also the fact that I can't draw older men >_<" That's one of my major flaws at the moment.

My god I really enjoyed this update! I mena I really like how you made the interactions between each one in the team and Kiki! How they feel about her and try to think why she acts like that! I really liked this! Also Oh my God! I loved the part where Kip hugs Briss and tells her that he couldn't asked for a better trainer. That was just adorable!
