Well, first of all I have to say this is a much better picture than your usual run-of-the-mill orc illustration. The face in particular is excellently made, very original (kinda looks like troll from LotR, but much better and more fierce), and the entire body and torso are also excellently executed. The colors are also very good, the orc isn't Warcraft green, but sort of a gray-greenish, and the overall color scheme fits excellently with the fires in the background and the gray sky and his red markings and banners. I also really appreciate how you detailed the parts of picture where you want to drag the viewer's eye (his face and torso), while leaving things in extreme front and back more blury. It really adds to delivering the UMPH! of the piece, drawing the viewer right into centre of action.
And now, unfortunately, to nitpick the few parts which IMHO aren't that great:
1st of all, even for an hulking orc warlord on barbarian steroids, his hands are simply way too big and disproportionate. Like, his clenched fist is bigger than his head, and his opened fists would probably be wider than his shoulders. You could reduce his fists to 2/3 or even hald of their current size, and they would still look big and nasty and picture would loose none of its testosteronic impact.
2nd - and this is now purely subjective - I really don't like the club in his right hand. The horns/spikes are oversized and that makes the whole thing look kinda stupid. If the spikes/horns on it were smaller and more numerous, it would actually look more like a real weapon (vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/f… ), and actually more menacing and sinister. Also, what's with the ribbon? I mean, who takes time to tie this kind of a red tape around the head and spikes of a mace he'll be burying into someone's brain soon? What, do these maniac orc berserkers sit patiently for hours before the battle and carefully tie tiny red shoelaces around their oversized weapons? I don't think so!
3rd - the banners on his back could've been drawn better and more detailed, or not at all. This way they look almost as an afterthought, something which was added in the last moment and then the artist didn't really wanna bother with it. Now, they look blurry and unfinished like they're part of the background, when they're in fact in the forefront, and should be as visible/detailed as his shoulders. But I actually think the entire thing would look better if there were no banners behind him, just cloudy sky.
4th - his cock-skull could have been made with better horns. I understand this is a demon skull, so the horns don't need to look natural, but they simply seem twisted in the wrong direction.
But like I said, this is all nitpicking, and overall it's really a great piece.

Very nice! Reminds me of the cave troll in Moria. I love the dragon too though I wish it had slightly larger wings...but that's more personal nit-pick since I like dragons with large wings but otherwise looks amazing!
