So here is my new clay creation! YAY! FOOD! Since I know how to make strawberry shortcake pudding, I went and made a miniature version *thanks mom* I help my mom with some cooking for our parties or potluck and this is one of them *requires no stove LMAO* But I love baking, I would totally make a cake if I wanted to XP.I used paper clay this time and dyed it with acrylic paint.
Paint - Red, Yellow
Secret Whip Cream

You can work miracles with clay. It looks incredibly realistic and tasty.
Someone in my high school ate a piece of clay accidentally (I'm not sure how). She interrupted the class to ask the teacher "can you pass clay?"

OMG! I thought this was real! The only thing I would critique if you're looking for one is to make the strawberries look even more real is to make them a little deeper red and also add some actual seeds on them. Also, the bananas would need some tiny hints of brown to make them look more real.

thank you for the critique yeah I knew there were flaws. the bananas are suppose to be the shortcake ^_^;;; I think i need to make it offwhite with yellow/tan crust. I make i'll new one since this was my first

I think you can pull off a nice looking cake with the off white. I also think that you can help it look more cakey if you make the cake porous somehow... you know, spongey looking. I wouldn't know the technique to do that because I'm not a clay molder like you but I'm sure you can research it. ~mAd-ArIsToCrAt has great dessert charms and stuff... every so often she may reveal a tip or trick too.
For your first job I think you did wonderfully! I sure couldn't pull that off lol

ohhh! soo cute! I remeber i saw a fake plaster cake that was suppose to look like an oreo cake. It looked sooo real! This looks good enough to eat! If you are selling it and if i could buy it, i would really want to eat it!
